Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of labour, stock, service standards and operational efficiency. Committed to developing people, supporting onboarding, training and performance management alongside the General Manager and People team.

- Maintain and continually improve standards of service and guest experience.
- Ensure statutory compliance across all areas of the business, including health & safety, licensing and food safety.
- Support labour management, rota planning and cost control in line with business needs.
- Help drive a positive, inclusive and accountable team.
