We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Salaried General Practitioner (GP) to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking to work in a collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on high-quality patient care, work-life balance, and professional development. The role offers 6 sessions per week, with flexibility where possible. You will be joining a well-established multidisciplinary team committed to delivering outstanding primary care services to our local community.
Main duties of the job
- Providing high-quality, patient-centred consultations (face-to-face, telephone, and online)
- Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribing in line with best practice and local guidelines
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team (nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals)
- Participating in practice meetings and clinical governance activities
- Supporting QOF, enhanced services, and local initiatives
- Contributing to teaching, training, or supervision (if applicable)

The Palms Medical Centre is a 7500 patient practice located in Newbury Park. We are part of Seven Kings PCN and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare. Our team includes:

- 4 Practice Nurses / ANPs/HCA

Job responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients
