The Bishop's Palace is seeking a Cold Prep Cook / Chef to join the kitchen team. This full-time role (37.5 hours) runs 8.00am–4.30pm on a rota basis; part-time considered. You will specialise in cold preparation, sandwiches, salads and garnishes, helping create seasonal menus with locally sourced produce.
Salary starts at £26,620 per annum (FTE) with pro-rata for part-time hours. The role reports to the Head of Catering in a charity setting focused on hospitality, inclusivity and sustainability.
