We are looking for someone who can work Full-Time, across 40 hours per week. To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties while demonstrating the following skills and experience Welcoming our guests and leading by example on the restaurant floor - ensuring warm, engaging, and personalised service throughout their visit. You'll be confident in recommending dishes and knowledgeable about our full menu offering. Supervising and supporting the restaurant team - helping to create a positive, professional, and enjoyable working environment while maintaining high service standards. Working closely with the wider F&B and Kitchen teams to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience, communicating clearly, positively, and proactively at all times. Maintaining awareness of dish ingredients, intolerances, and allergies - ensuring all procedures are followed correctly and guest safety remains a priority. Excellent communication and a personable approach are essential for this role!
