We are currently recruiting for a Sales Associate to join our brand, working within the Harrods Department Store, in the Womenswear Denim Team. Ideally you will have availability across the entire week, including weekdays & weekends.
The Sales Associate position contributes to the brand and our partners' stores success by ensuring we provide great customer service and achieve store standards. Customer Service is at the heart of what we do, focusing on new sales opportunities, all through excellent communication and a positive approach within a premium and fast-paced environment.
Our sales team use their strong selling skills to assist clients with all purchases, be an effective brand ambassador, build rapport and relationships with existing customers, as well as providing outstanding service in all customer interaction.
The Sales Associate will be responsible for the following key accountabilities:
- Engaging every client in an interaction that results in the highest level of client satisfaction that positively impacts both sales and service.
- Utilise exemplary selling skills to effectively identify customer needs and close sales.
- Stock management including stock takes, deliveries, visual merchandising and replenishment.
- Driving sell throughs on slow sellers.
- Having a comprehensive knowledge about the brand, fits, materials and manufacturing of PAIGE garments.
- Building key relationships with department managers and teams (as appropriate).
- Being a positive brand ambassador.
Previous retail experience or relevant customer related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc.) denim experience & department store experience preferred.
Excellent fashion & retail operations knowledge.
Proven track record in achieving sales results.
Availability to work retail business hours including lates, weekends and bank holidays.
