We are looking for a Gym Instructor / Personal Trainer to join our team and support the delivery of fitness classes and gym-based activities. This is a flexible, freelance-style role suited to a fitness professional who enjoys working in a community-focused environment. You will play a key role in delivering group fitness classes, supporting members, and contributing to the overall gym experience.
We are open to both experienced Personal Trainers and Gym Instructors, as well as individuals early in their fitness career who are passionate about fitness, group training, and working with people.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver or support group fitness classes
- Provide coaching and guidance to gym members
- Engage with members and deliver a positive customer experience
- Support daily gym operations and upkeep
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised training environment
- Assist with memberships and general enquiries when required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and reliable attitude
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible, part-time / freelance role
- Hours will vary depending on availability and timetable needs
- Includes mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Shifts agreed in advance
