The Padel Hub is growing, and we want you to grow with us. We’re opening our newest location in Tunbridge Wells and are looking for a driven, people-focused Hub Manager to lead the way. About the Role

As our Hub Manager, you’ll take full ownership of day-to-day operations, lead a small but passionate team, and create a standout experience for everyone who walks through our doors. From delivering excellent customer service to driving membership growth and shaping a vibrant community, you’ll be at the centre of everything The Padel Hub Fleet stands for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, manage, and inspire a team of front-of-house staff and coaches
  • Oversee all hub operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe running of the venue
  • Manage schedules, rotas, and timekeeping for the team
  • Actively engage with members and guests, building strong relationships and delivering great service with a personal touch
  • Drive revenue through upselling memberships, coaching sessions, and events
  • Plan and oversee events, tournaments, and community initiatives to grow the local padel scene
  • Be the face of The Padel Hub Fleet, leading by example and embodying our brand values every day
  • Monitor performance metrics (customer satisfaction, membership growth, financial targets) and report to senior management

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing a small team, ideally in hospitality, leisure, or sports
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A confident communicator who thrives on building connections and leading from the front
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to growing memberships and revenue
  • Passion for sport (padel experience is a bonus, not a must!)
  • Experience working at a sports club or membership-based venue is desirable but not essential
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
