What You’ll Be Doing:- Delivering a first-class customer experience for all members, players, and guests
- Greeting members & customers with warmth & professionalism
- Managing bookings, handling enquiries, and keeping front‑of‑house operations running smoothly
- Supporting daily operations and working closely with the rest of the team
- Helping grow the local padel community by making every interaction memorable
- Proven experience in a customer service role, hospitality, retail, leisure or similar
- A friendly, confident communicator who knows how to connect with people
- Calm under pressure and able to juggle tasks without missing the details
- A team player who brings energy, reliability, and a can‑do attitude
- An interest in padel, sport, or fitness (padel experience is a bonus, not a must!)
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
