Company Description

The Padel Hub is the ultimate destination for indoor padel enthusiasts.

We're redefining the way people experience sport, combining premium indoor courts, luxury club facilities, and vibrant social spaces to grow the UK's most exciting sport, both on and off the court.

We're now hiring experienced customer service professionals who are energetic, passionate, and ready to be the welcoming face of our Crawley hub.

If you know how to create a great first impression, keep things running smoothly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering a first-class customer experience for all members, players, and guests
  • Greeting visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile
  • Managing bookings, handling enquiries, and keeping front-of-house operations running smoothly
  • Supporting daily operations and working closely with the rest of the team
  • Helping grow the local padel community by making every interaction memorable

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer service role — hospitality, retail, leisure or similar
  • A friendly, confident communicator who knows how to connect with people
  • Calm under pressure and able to juggle tasks without missing the details
  • A team player who brings energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude
  • An interest in padel, sport, or fitness (padel experience is a bonus, not a must!)
  • Flexible availability — including evenings and weekends

Why Join Us?

At The Padel Hub, we're not just running a venue — we're building a movement.

As a Front of House team member, you won't just be working at the hub — you'll be the face of it.

You'll be the first person our members and guests meet, setting the tone for their entire experience.

Your energy, warmth, and professionalism are just as vital to our success as what happens on the court.

You'll be joining a growing team in one of the UK's most exciting new sports environments, where every role matters and you'll play a key part in shaping the community and culture of the hub.

If you've got strong customer service skills and want to be at the heart of something fresh, active, and full of potential — we'd love to hear from you
