The Padelhub is on a mission to grow the most exciting sport in the UK - and we’re looking for someone who wants to be at the centre of that movement. Our Bristol site will be a busy and community-driven hub. We’re looking for a natural leader who brings energy, passion and pride into every interaction. Someone who believes that sport can create connection, belonging, and memorable shared experiences.
This is not a desk job. You will be on the ground, leading from the front - shaping the culture, building relationships, and ensuring every player leaves feeling valued and inspired.
What You’ll Do
- Be the face and heartbeat of the hub - welcoming members, players, guests and partners.
- Lead a customer-first culture where service excellence is standard.
- Manage, motivate and support your team to perform at a high level.
- Run the day-to-day operations smoothly: scheduling, bookings, events and hub standards.
- Work closely with our central Marketing, Operations and Recruitment teams to elevate the hub experience and drive growth.
- Host events, tournaments and community activities that strengthen the hub culture.
- Actively contribute to growing membership, usage and awareness of padel in the local area.
Who You Are
- Management experience is essential. You’ve led teams in a customer-facing environment (sport, hospitality, fitness, leisure, retail or similar).
- You love working with people - you’re confident, thoughtful and great at building rapport.
- Passionate about sport and excited by the growth of padel.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Energised by building communities and creating standout customer experiences.
