Frindsbury Tennis & Padel Club is seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and community-focused Padel Club Manager to lead and grow our expanding padel programme. As one of the area’s most exciting and welcoming racquet sports venues, we are looking for a dynamic individual to take ownership of our padel operations, build strong member engagement, and help establish the club as a leading destination for padel in the region.
About The Role
The Padel Club Manager will be responsible for the overall development, coordination, and promotion of all padel-related activities at the club. This is a hands-on leadership role combining operational management, coaching coordination, membership growth, and event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily padel operations and court scheduling
- Develop and deliver a structured padel programme (social, competitive, and junior pathways)
- Grow padel membership and increase participation
- Organise leagues, tournaments, and club events
- Support coaching provision and player development pathways
- Build partnerships with local schools, businesses, and community groups
- Ensure an outstanding member experience
- Work closely with the club committee and coaching team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Strong knowledge and passion for padel
- Experience in sports club management, coaching, or programme delivery
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in membership growth and community engagement
- Relevant coaching qualifications (desirable but not essential depending on experience)
