The Padel Directory is opening a brand-new padel club in Portsmouth and seeks a Head Coach to build and lead the coaching programme from the ground up. You will deliver high-quality sessions for adults, juniors, beginners and advanced players, and shape a thriving player community.
As a start-up, you’ll mentor other coaches, organise leagues and events, drive revenue and participation, maintain safeguarding standards, and work closely with the Club Manager to ensure the venue’s success.
