The Padel Directory is seeking a full‑time on-site coach to be the face of the club on court. You will coach, play, run sessions and build a regular base of members who return because of you, while driving off-peak bookings and events to fill quiet hours.
You’ll lead clinics and leagues, run sessions, and help ensure the on-site playing experience is first class, with a share of off-peak revenue and free court access.
