Are you a passionate and engaging Padel Coach looking for flexible coaching opportunities within a vibrant and fast‑growing sports environment?

We’re expanding our padel offering across our clubs and are looking for enthusiastic freelance coaches to deliver exceptional sessions to players of all ages and levels.

This is an exciting chance to be part of the UK’s fastest‑growing sport and help shape the future of padel in our communities!

  • What You’ll Do
  • Deliver high‑quality padel coaching sessions for adults and juniors, both group and 1‑to‑1.
  • Provide expert instruction on technique, stroke production, footwork, match strategy and overall player development.
  • Adapt coaching styles to suit beginners through to intermediate and advanced players.
  • Promote an inclusive, positive and safe environment for all players.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • LTA Level 2 Padel Coaching Qualification (or equivalent) & LTA Accreditation.
  • Proven experience coaching padel with a genuine passion for growing the sport.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and confident communicator.
  • Strong time management and flexibility in working hours.
  • DBS checked (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to represent our club values and deliver exceptional customer experience.
