Occupational Therapist for Child and Family Therapy Services - full time (part time will be considered for the right candidate.)

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is curious and compassionate and sees possibility, values relationships and wants to help children and families thrive through everyday experiences.

You will work closely with other therapists to provide therapy for babies, children and young people with a range of neurodevelopmental needs, supporting sensory processing, regulation, participation, play, upper limb function, feeding, sleep and access to learning.

You need to be enthusiastic, reflective and keen to learn. You will work closely and collaborate with families, team and community members including schools.

What You Bring

• HCPC registered OT with strong paediatric experience

• Ability to build positive relationships with children and families

• Skilled at adapting communication to meet the needs of your audience

• Excellent written communication skills

• Willingness and interest in developing skills in sensory processing, early intervention, play, upper limb function and intervention, regulation and attention
