Pace is a groundbreaking children's charity that delivers specialist education and therapy to children with neurodisabilities such as cerebral palsy. With over 35 years of experience, we have developed a unique approach based on the belief that every child can learn and progress. Our services include early intervention and support for children 0-4 years and their families, school programs for children aged 3-16, outreach programs in other educational settings, and training for healthcare and educational professionals working with children with cerebral palsy or related disorders.

As Lead Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide senior clinical leadership, professional oversight, and strategic direction for Speech and Language Therapy across Pace School. You will deliver and oversee a highly specialist, evidence-based SLT service, supporting children with complex communication needs and ensuring truly integrated, transdisciplinary practice. Working closely with education, therapy, and care colleagues, you will help shape high-quality provision that aligns with our school priorities, organisational strategy, and commitment to excellence.

As a member of the School Management Team, you will play a key role in:
