We’re looking for a Senior Agency Partner to join our Front Office Sales team. This role is a key revenue driving role from existing and new clients brands from within UK agencies. If you have digital selling experience to agencies such as Omnicom, Dentsu and/or Independents, apply now!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You’ll research, source, develop and manage strong relationships with an allocated agency portfolio as a key partner of Ozone, with the ultimate goal of driving revenue into our business.
  • You’ll grow existing business from within the agencies, as well as unlock new business opportunities.
  • You’ll continuously educate about the advertising and product solutions that can be created from Ozone's high attention ecosystem, which contains real consumer behaviour and data led insights, to help brands meet their marketing goal.
  • You’ll present media proposals to both existing and prospective clients.
  • You’ll be results-oriented to continually identify opportunities for improving agency media and revenue performance.
  • You’ll develop internal business plans to analyze business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and agency development targets.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively across teams, working closely with internal marketing, Ad Ops, ad managers, agency sales team and client sales to create a comprehensive agency communication plan for agency engagement to announce Ozone partner news, product capabilities, opportunities etc.
  • You’ll be interested in taking the first steps in management and mentoring others.
  • You’ll demonstrate commitment to deliver your own and team objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • We’re looking for someone with extensive experience working with UK agencies where strong relations have been developed through selling digital advertising, including display and video solutions.
  • You’ll have experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • You’ll have experience of sourcing, developing and maintaining new business relationships that drive revenue growth.
  • You’ll have excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills.
  • You’ll be an excellent people manager, or the potential to be.
