The Oystermen Seafood Bar & Kitchen is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Covent Garden and support our General Manager.

The Oystermen Seafood Bar & Kitchen in Covent Garden is an award-winning, independent restaurant specialising in the finest fish and seafood UK waters have to offer. We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join us and support our existing General Manager in leading the team and overseeing day-to-day management of the restaurant.

The right candidate will have experience in working in a busy restaurant environment with good food and hospitality. This is the ideal opportunity for you if you like working in a small bustling space while leading a team of like-minded colleagues.

We offer a competitive salary of £33,000-£36,000 depending on experience, fair working hours (48 hours per week) with flexible shift patterns. Most of our team work 4 days on, 3 off. Benefits include:
