The Oyster Partnership is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager to support a substantial residential capital investment programme across occupied buildings in Essex. You will lead pre-construction activities, develop scopes and design proposals, and coordinate surveys and feasibility assessments to ensure schemes are fully scoped and ready for tender.
Working within a dedicated pre-construction team, you will manage multiple projects, engage with stakeholders, and ensure compliance.
