What You’ll Do * Oversee the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio. * Manage tenant and landlord enquiries with a professional and solutions-focused approach. * Prepare and administer service charge budgets, working closely with internal teams. * Undertake regular property inspections, ensure statutory compliance and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance. * Maintain a structured, consistent and professional approach to portfolio management.
