I’m excited to have partnered with a client backed by strong investors who is on an exciting growth trajectory, planning to expand their portfolio by over 4,000 new build, high quality family rental homes across the UK within the next two years.

They are seeking a hands-on Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of 500 properties and play a key role in delivering an exceptional resident experience as part of this expansion.

Stepping into the role of a Property Manager, you will be at the heart of day-to-day operations, ensuring residents receive outstanding customer service and support.

You will be responsible for managing maintenance issues promptly and effectively, liaising with contractors to resolve problems and maintain high standards across the portfolio.

Compliance with all relevant legislation and health and safety regulations will be a key focus, ensuring that all properties meet legal and company standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants from move-in through tenancy, managing enquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and deposit processes.
  • Coordinate maintenance, log defects and repairs, and ensure properties comply with legislation and risk management requirements.
  • Conduct property inspections, home move-in demonstrations, and support community engagement activities.
  • Manage credit control, arrears, and maintain accurate records, while providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with residents and clients to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Your Requirements:

  • Previous client-facing experience in the BTR, PBSA or Co-living sector.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make confident decisions.
  • Driven and ambitious with a passion for the industry and eagerness to grow within a fast-expanding company.
  • Solid understanding of health & safety legislation, risk management, and building compliance.
  • ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.
