About the Role

I am looking for a meticulous and highly organised Property Data Administrator to join an Asset Management and Property Services Team for a council based in West London. This is a key support role where you’ll be responsible for managing, reviewing, and updating critical property-related data to help ensure our housing stock and assets are accurately recorded and effectively managed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reading, interpreting, and summarising leases and property documents.
  • Reviewing and maintaining stock condition and asset data across various systems.
  • Inputting, updating, and validating data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Supporting the team with a wide range of administrative tasks including preparing reports, maintaining digital records, and liaising with internal departments.
  • Assisting with data audits, compliance reviews, and asset performance reporting.
  • Helping to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or anomalies in property data and assisting in corrective actions.

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with experience handling large volumes of data.
  • Able to understand and review property leases.
