A council down in Hampshire are looking for an experienced Pollution Control Manager to come in and help lead the team. As manager you will be in charge of a team of 2 officers covering both contaminated land and air quality. Responsibilites: * Manage, lead, support and mentor the Pollution Control team and organise workloads to provide an excellent service * Lead on the development and improvement of policy and procedures. * Be the main point of contact and respond to complex planning applications * Provide expert knowledge and assist with service delivery on pollution matters including statutory nuisance, Environmental Permitting, planning consultation,land contamination and air quality.
