We are looking for a Locum Prosecutions Lawyer focusing on Enforcement and Licensing work. The role is within a local authority based in Greater Manchester, and they’re looking for someone who can manage a varied prosecutions caseload and handle advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage a general caseload of prosecutions and regulatory matters.
