We are looking for a Locum Prosecutions Lawyer focusing on Enforcement and Licensing work. The role is within a local authority based in Greater Manchester, and they’re looking for someone who can manage a varied prosecutions caseload and handle advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage a general caseload of prosecutions and regulatory matters.
- Support enforcement and licensing teams with legal advice as needed.
- Prepare case files and relevant documentation for hearings.
- Assist with licensing-related work and associated legal processes.
- Carry out advocacy for routine hearings where required.
