About the Role

The Managing Agent Contract Manager will act as a central point of contact for a portfolio of managing agents, ensuring service delivery meets contractual, legislative, and resident-focused standards. The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have direct experience working for private managing agents, or substantial exposure to managing agent operations from within a housing association.

  • Leasehold Expertise: Strong working knowledge of leasehold block management and legislation, including the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Acts, and relevant RICS/TPI guidance.
  • Problem Solving: Proven ability to assess service charge reasonableness, identify risk, and support resolutions—potentially involving First Tier Tribunal engagement.
