My Client is looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician to support the smooth running of a modern, high quality commercial office portfolio in Central London. You will play a key role in keeping buildings looking exceptional, resolving maintenance issues quickly, and delivering a great customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out daily building checks and maintain top tier visual standards
- Complete maintenance tasks through the in house system with strong SLA performance
- Provide clear updates to building teams to keep workflows moving
- Handle general repairs: painting, plumbing, carpentry, furniture moves, wall mounting, carpet tile replacement
- Manage stock levels, keep storage areas tidy and compliant
- Work with third party contractors and complete accurate handover reports
- Use app based tools to log tasks, order materials, and communicate with teams
What You’ll Bring
- Solid all round building maintenance experience
- Strong hand/power tool skills and confidence across plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical and painting
- Good communication skills and ability to work with building teams and clients
