Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Oyster, you will be trained to:
- Identify and engage candidates using a variety of recruitment and sales techniques
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients alike

- Work towards clear objectives within a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
