Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Oyster, you'll be trained to:
- Identify and engage candidates using a variety of recruitment and sales techniques.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients alike.
- Learn your specialist market and provide insight-driven advice.
- Work towards clear objectives within a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
Recruitment is a results-driven role if you enjoy targets, competition, and learning about people, you'll fit right in.
