You will be part of an entrepreneurial team overseeing a mixed portfolio and working alongside high net worth individuals. - Driven and looking to take on a challenge.
What is on offer
- A visible, high-impact surveyor role with huge opportunity to expand in responsibility as the team develops.
- Opportunity to manage a mixed portfolio from retail to industrial to office space.
- A supportive, close‐knit team environment that encourages your professional growth while giving you the opportunity to mentor and develop an Assistant Property Manager.
- Strong salary and benefits, plus defined progression opportunities.
The Role

- Lead day‐to‐day operations, maintenance, safety checks, and contractor management across a diverse commercial portfolio.
- Oversee tenant relations, including onboarding, enquiries, communication, and swift resolution of issues.
- Ensure full lease and legislative compliance, maintain accurate records, and manage risk assessments and H&S requirements.
- Coordinate repairs, inspections, tenant improvements, and major works while maintaining strong professional relationships.
