The Housing Association in North London is seeking an Interim Income Officer on a 3-month contract (35 hours per week, hybrid) to manage rent arrears across General Needs and Supported Housing, covering the full income recovery process from early intervention to court preparation and possession where required.
You will need experience in social housing income recovery, rent arrears management, PCOL, and court attendance plus knowledge of Universal Credit and housing benefits.
