The Oyster Partnership is recruiting a Technical Support Officer for a Local Authority on a 6-month contract with hybrid working.
You will provide day-to-day support across the Planning Administration service, helping users, resolving system issues and supporting the DEF planning system.
Reporting into the Service Manager, you will log and track requests, assist with testing, updates and upgrades, generate reports and maintain technical guidance notes.
