Are you a confident and experienced housing professional ready to take on a short-term leadership challenge? Our client in North London are looking to recruit for a Housing Team Leader to join their housing service team on a 3 month contract. In this role, you will: * Lead and manage a small team of 2 Housing Officers and 1 Housing Assistant, ensuring high performance and excellent customer service. * Oversee tenancy management, including complex cases, legal possession actions, and court attendance. * Promote tenancy sustainment and resident engagement across the service. * Ensure compliance with housing legislation, policies, and procedures. * Support service improvement and contribute to strategic objectives.
