We’re assisting a Council seeking a skilled Locum Housing Disrepair Lawyer to support their legal team on a temporary basis.

Role highlights:

  • Handle a caseload of housing disrepair claims (mainly tenant claims against the Council)
  • Provide legal advice and support to housing and property teams
  • Draft pleadings, attend court, and negotiate settlements

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive
  • Proven experience in housing disrepair litigation
  • Local authority experience preferred

Rate: Β£50.00+ per hour, umbrella
