Recruitment & Compliance Officer (Social Care) Location: West London (Hybrid Working) Contract: Temporary Contract Sector: Local Authority About the Role A West London local authority is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Compliance Officer to support its Social Care recruitment function on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional with a strong understanding of social care staffing, recruitment administration, and agency compliance processes. Working as part of a busy team, you will play a key role in coordinating recruitment activity, managing off-contract agency relationships, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across social care services. * Screen and shortlist CVs against role requirements. * Arrange and coordinate interviews, including setting up interview panels and scheduling candidates. * Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. * Manage and review off-contract recruitment documentation. * Liaise with off contract agencies to obtain and verify required compliance information. * Ensure all candidate records and recruitment activities are compliant with local authority policies and procedures. * Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide administrative support where required. * Act as a key point of contact for agencies, hiring managers, and candidates.
