We are looking for an experienced Clerk of Works to join a growing planned works team delivering a £700k annual programme across social housing. You will be responsible for ensuring quality on-site across a range of external works, holding contractors to account and making sure projects are delivered to the right standard, first time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out site inspections across:
- External decking works
- Roofline works (fascias, soffits, gutters)
- Cyclical decoration and refurbishments
- Ensuring works meet specifications
We Are Looking For:
- Experience as a Clerk of Works or Site Inspector
- Background in social housing / planned maintenance
- Strong knowledge of external works and cyclical programmes
- Confident managing contractors and challenging poor quality
