    Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

    As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Oyster, you’ll be trained to:

    • Identify and engage candidates using a variety of recruitment and sales techniques.
    • Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients alike.
    • Learn your specialist market and provide insight-driven advice.
    • Work towards clear objectives within a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
