This is a great opportunity to join a busy FM & Estates team, providing key administrative support across a variety of tasks. The role requires someone with solid experience working in Facilities Management or Property, and ideally experience with CAFM systems or asset management systems.

Key Details:

  • Location: Sussex

  • Rate: £18+ per hour (dependant on experience)
  • Working Pattern: 3–4 days per week in the office (based on business needs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing group helpdesk email enquiries
  • Raising and managing purchase orders and quotes
  • Monitoring, data inputting, and reporting
  • Keeping accurate records
  • Responding to enquiries professionally
  • Supporting the FM team with general administration
