We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Lead to take ownership of a major Improvements Programme spanning a large portfolio of residential and mixed‑use properties, including multiple high‑rise buildings. This requirement has been approved for immediate hire, and we are looking for a seasoned leader who can step confidently into a highly complex environment. You will lead a programme focused on resolving historic building defects, coordinating multiple remedial projects, and ensuring full compliance with modern building safety legislation. The role requires deep technical understanding, exceptional leadership skills, and proven experience handling contractual or legal dispute processes such as mediation or claims resolution. You will manage three Project Leads, each responsible for a key programme area:

  • High‑rise residential improvements
  • Low‑rise housing improvements
  • Commercial property defect resolution

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a £50m+ multi‑year programme of remedial and improvement works across a diverse property portfolio.
  • Manage the resolution of historic construction defects, covering M&E, fire safety, cladding, windows, and general building pathology.
  • Ensure strong compliance with the Building Safety Act, CDM Regulations, and wider statutory requirements.
  • Provide leadership to three Project Leads, ensuring high-quality delivery and clear governance.
