On behalf of a highly regarded commercial property firm, we are seeking an exceptional leader to take on a newly established role created as part of a substantial long-term investment in growth. This individual will beat the very top of their game, with an outstanding track record in lease advisory and wider property transactions. The role will be instrumental in defining strategy, leading expansion initiatives, and shaping the future direction of the business.
This is not a replacement appointment or a traditional departmental leadership role. The successful individual will be given the platform, investment and senior-level support to build a market-leading Strategic Lease Management business. You will take ownership of the strategy, grow the retained client base, develop the service proposition and recruit a high-performing team around you. The ambition is for Strategic Lease Management to become one of the consultancy's principal business divisions.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a three-year growth strategy
- Winning and developing relationships with major corporate occupiers
- Growing a recurring, retained client base
- Providing strategic advice across complex occupational portfolios
- Identifying opportunities for portfolio optimisation and cost reduction
- Enhancing the firm's existing Strategic Lease Management proposition
- Recruiting, leading and developing a specialist team
- Creating new service lines and commercial revenue opportunities
- Establishing a recognised market profile through networking and thought leadership
- Building predictable, long-term recurring fee income

You will be supported by existing lease advisory, marketing, business development, finance, administration, technology and CRM resources. A dedicated recruitment budget will also be available in line with the agreed business plan.
