Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for your next opportunity? We are working with a respected Housing Association in South East London that is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer for a full-time, 3-month temporary role.

About the Role: As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of incoming enquiries from residents. These could include queries related to:

  • Repairs and maintenance

  • Anti-social behaviour (ASB)
  • General tenancy support
