We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Property Services Administrator to support the Asset and Compliance team. You will provide strong administrative support and assist with compliance works. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, IT, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively both independently and within a team. Experience in administration, data entry, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Key duties:
- Raising works orders and processing contractor invoices
- Maintaining property and compliance records
- Supporting surveys, inspections, and resident satisfaction feedback
- Managing correspondence, filing, and shared electronic documents
- Providing excellent customer service and administrative support
