The Oyster Partnership is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to support repair, maintenance and improvement projects across Council properties in Surrey.
You will lead projects from survey to completion, drafting specifications and schedules while maintaining strong working relationships with contractors.
This role requires a degree (essential) with desirable RICS/CIOB membership, a solid grasp of CDM and H&S regulations, and excellent written, verbal and IT skills.
