I am looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a Private Sector client who is a specialist for Social Housing providers.
This role will include working within their planned works team, assisting with the cyclical maintenance within their client base.
- Strong understanding of RIBA Plan of Works
- Strong understanding of building contracts (in particular JCT)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Detail oriented with strong record keeping and reporting capability
