I am looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a Private Sector client who is a specialist for Social Housing providers.

This role will include working within their planned works team, assisting with the cyclical maintenance within their client base.

  • Strong understanding of RIBA Plan of Works
  • Strong understanding of building contracts (in particular JCT)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Detail oriented with strong record keeping and reporting capability
  • Technical competency in construction processes, quality standards, and project delivery frameworks
