We’re supporting a major public-sector landlord seeking experienced Building Safety Managers to help manage a portfolio of 84 High-Rise Buildings and deliver statutory duties under the Building Safety Act.

What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to building safety case development and maintain key documentation.
  • Support compliance and readiness for BSR engagement.
  • Act as the operational “boots on the ground” for your allocated HRBs.
  • Conduct quarterly building visits + regular in-office collaboration.

Commercials:

  • Inside IR35
  • ÂŁ450/day typical for suitably qualified candidates.
  • Higher rates only considered for exceptional experience/qualifications.
