We’re supporting a major public-sector landlord seeking experienced Building Safety Managers to help manage a portfolio of 84 High-Rise Buildings and deliver statutory duties under the Building Safety Act.
What you’ll do:
- Contribute to building safety case development and maintain key documentation.
- Support compliance and readiness for BSR engagement.
- Act as the operational “boots on the ground” for your allocated HRBs.
- Conduct quarterly building visits + regular in-office collaboration.
Commercials:
- Inside IR35
- ÂŁ450/day typical for suitably qualified candidates.
- Higher rates only considered for exceptional experience/qualifications.
