Oyster is partnering with a leading Residential Investment firm to find an experienced Asset Manager to optimize a growing BTR portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in managing a residential portfolio, with a particular focus on Build-to-Rent (BTR) assets. As a key member of the team, you’ll play an integral role in maximizing the financial performance of the portfolio, utilizing your deep knowledge of asset management, market analysis, and revenue optimization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in portfolio performance, driving revenue growth and identifying opportunities to unlock additional value across BTR assets.
