Certified Massage Therapist Wanted Join Our Award-Winning Team!
We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Massage Therapist to join our friendly and professional team at The Oxford Massage Centre Oxfords number one-rated massage clinic.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Holistic and Therapeutic Massage (or above)
Deep Tissue Massage Certificate
Smart appearance and professional attitude
Right to live and work in the UK
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Additional Qualifications (desirable but not essential):
Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Aromatherapy Massage, and Sports Massage are highly valued in our practice.
If youre not currently qualified in these, you are still welcome to apply as long as youre open to pursuing additional training independently at a later stage.
Uniform:
All therapists are required to wear clean black scrubs or a black tunic, along with black crocs or similar professional footwear during working hours.
Working Hours (Fixed Schedule):
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 3:15 pm 9:00 pm
Sunday: 8:00 am 5:00 pm (with a 1-hour unpaid break)
Saturday: Closed
These working hours are fixed in the calendar and form part of your regular schedule.
Pay & Commission:
Pay is based on treatment fees and commission:
40% commission for newly qualified therapists (less than 2 years experience)
45% commission for experienced therapists (2+ years)
Examples of earnings per treatment:
60-minute Deep Tissue Massage (£80):
40% = £32.00
45% = £36.00
90-minute Deep Tissue Massage (£105):
40% = £42.00
45% = £47.25
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Freelance, Temp to Perm, Zero Hours, Graduate roles available.
Treatments and Length Youll Provide:
30, 45, 60, 90, 120 minutes length
Deep Tissue Massage
OMC\’s Signature Massage
Aromatherapy Massage
Swedish / Full Body Massage
Additional therapies (e.g. Facial treatments, Indian Head Massage, Foot Reflexology, Sports Massage) are a bonus but not essential
