Overview
History is central to our curriculum and we value the role it plays in our young people\’s education. We are looking for an inspiring individual to join our team, lead and develop the history department and contribute to the life chances of the young people in our school community. This post would suit an ECT or a more experienced teacher. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team of historians who are committed to ensuring that history remains a popular and successful subject at both Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5. The team values the development of enriching student learning experiences through such things as educational visits and hosting survivors in delivering their testimony to our community in partnership with the Holocaust Educational Trust.
