_Chef Minimum 30 hrs per week required to support Head & Sous Chefs_ Experienced Chef required to join our team at the Oxenham Arms Hotel, South Zeal, Okehampton, Devon EX202JT Working alongside two other chefs in a professional well-equipped hotel kitchen. You will be comfortable in all stations of a commercial kitchen and able to operate the kitchen fully on the head chef's days off and during holidays. You'll need 5 years of commercial catering experience minimum, have a flexible approach and work very well in a busy fun team supported by excellent professional front-of-house staff and management. Normally straight shifts and a mix of daytime and evenings allowing a good work / life balance. Full-time, Permanent role or pat time if you prefer. Immediate start or start within a few weeks.
