We are a fast-growing luxury fashion label specialising in contemporary wedding and evening wear. We’re looking for an exceptionally organised and detail-driven Production & QC Assistant to join our growing team in Shoreditch. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Atelier and Production teams, helping to deliver our made-to-order bridal and evening wear to the highest standards.
What you’ll do:
- Support the daily running of production across bridal and evening wear (DTC & wholesale)
- Manage QC for all made-to-order pieces, ensuring impeccable standards
- Book in raw materials and update production systems and critical paths
- Help coordinate fittings, alterations, and client collections
- Assist with packing, shipping, and courier bookings
- Maintain studio organisation — from fabric swatches to sample management
- Liaise with our suppliers to keep everything running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years’ experience in a fashion or production/supply chain role
- Exceptionally organised, detail-focused, and proactive
- Confident communicator and natural team player
- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Zedonk experience is a plus (but not essential!)
