The Executive Assistant will play a vital and trusted role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), providing high-level assistance with day-to-day responsibilities and key strategic initiatives. This position will also oversee office operations, helping to create an organized and welcoming workplace, embodying The Owl's centre's mission and values.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work closely and maintain a great working relationship with the CEO by providing strategic support with a variety of tasks and competing priorities to ensure business needs are met.
  • Attend executive meetings with the CEO and the executive leadership team providing support where required, take minutes and ensure priorities from the meetings are followed up.
  • Manage the diary of the CEO by ensuring calendars are consistently kept up to date, prioritising meetings and managing appointments.
  • Organise and manage daily office administration tasks including ordering supplies, managing inventory, maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring safety regulations in the office are adhered to.
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for all communications directed towards the CEO by responding to queries and requests in a timely manner, ensuring consistent communication is upheld at all times.
  • Manage the facilities within Head Office including helping to set up new office equipment and sending any packages and/or letters in a timely manner.

  • Experience of managing diaries and schedules.
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
  • Substantial experience in Microsoft packages including Excel.
  • Full UK driving licence.
